The quote form does not send anything to us. What you type stays in your own browser and is used to write out a WhatsApp message — your name, phone number, and whichever of business name, products, quantity and notes you chose to fill in.

We receive it only when you press send in WhatsApp. If you close WhatsApp without sending, nothing ever reaches us. We do not ask for and never collect payment details, card numbers, bank details, or government identity numbers through this website.

Only to prepare and send you a wholesale quote and to follow up about that enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

• To WhatsApp, and nowhere else. The message you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and it arrives on the shop phone like any other message.
• This website keeps no database of enquiries and sends no email. There is no copy of your details on our servers.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It records page views and a small number of actions, such as opening WhatsApp or submitting the quote form. It does not receive your name or phone number. You can block it with any standard browser or ad-blocking setting.

Your language choice is stored in your own browser so the site stays in the language you picked. Nothing about that choice is sent to us.

Your enquiry lives in the WhatsApp conversation, the same way any chat does, and we keep it while it is commercially useful — typically so we can recognise a returning buyer and quote consistently. Ask us and we will delete our side of it.
