When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, and — if you choose to give them — your business name, the products you are interested in, an estimated quantity, and any message you write.

We do not ask for and never collect payment details, card numbers, bank details, or government identity numbers through this website.

Only to prepare and send you a wholesale quote and to follow up about that enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

• A record is saved in our own database, hosted on our web infrastructure provider.
• A copy is emailed to the shop through Google Gmail so we see your enquiry quickly.
• If you continue into WhatsApp from the form, the message you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It records page views and a small number of actions, such as opening WhatsApp or submitting the quote form. It does not receive your name or phone number. You can block it with any standard browser or ad-blocking setting.

Your language choice is stored in your own browser so the site stays in the language you picked. Nothing about that choice is sent to us.

Enquiries are kept while they are commercially useful — typically so we can recognise a returning buyer and quote consistently. Ask us and we will delete yours.
