Terms of Service

You cannot buy anything directly on this website. Everything here is a catalogue of what we stock. Submitting the quote form is a request for a price, not an order, and it does not create a contract.

We do not publish rates on this site because wholesale spice and dry fruit prices move with the market, the season, the grade and the quantity. Any rate we quote is valid only for the quantity and the period stated in that quote.

• An order is confirmed when we have agreed the items, quantities and rate in writing and received any advance we have asked for.
• Pack sizes shown on product pages are the standard ones. Custom packing for large commercial orders is arranged case by case.
• Goods are handed to a transport agency for dispatch and a bilty or LR copy is shared with you. Transit times depend on the carrier and are outside our control.

We stand behind the purity of what we sell and you are welcome to inspect any batch at our Ludhiana counter before buying. If a consignment reaches you damaged or is not what was agreed, tell us within seven days of delivery with photographs and the bilty number, and we will make it right.

Natural agricultural products vary in colour, size and aroma between crops and seasons. Reasonable variation of this kind is not a defect.

Product photographs, descriptions and the store name belong to Rajiv Karyana Store. Please do not reuse them to represent goods that are not ours. Do not submit the quote form automatically or in bulk.
